Deception

Good afternoon, on Tuesday my husband and I chose a tour and paid in full, but on Thursday we were told that we had to pay a couple of thousand more, because there were no places at the selected tour operator (the reason for the price increase), we refused to pay extra and asked for a refund funds back to the account. As a result, on Friday the manager Anastasia wrote us more options. There was no return even on Saturday, I called and waited ... in the end, my husband and I began to choose more, so that we could go somewhere. We chose Tunisia, Anastasia found out that you can transfer money. But, then I found the same hotel many times cheaper than others and booked it without waiting. As a result, in the morning I called Anastasia for the hundredth time, asking when the money would come? As a result, only at 12 30 came a return notification. It's been almost a week!!!!!! The money was never returned! Terrible manager, it's just a money scam! There is no more trust in this organization.
