Deception and indifference

Good day to all! We are currently at the Maya World Hotel. When buying a tour, I saw negative reviews, counted on the best, but no positive attitude is enough to make the impression of the hotel good. But at first, Anekstur specifically spoiled the mood, postponing the departure from early morning to 15.30, thereby reducing our rest by 12 hours, Azureir air carrier. The landing was almost on time, but the plane stood on the runway for almost an hour before takeoff. We flew normally, the Boeing 777, a comfortable, spacious plane. Passport control, baggage claim and transfer to the hotel took about 3 hours, respectively, we ended up at the hotel at 23.00. The epic with the settlement is a long, tedious and sad story: at first, almost everyone is settled in small rooms on the basement floor, there is a terrible smell of dampness and mustiness, it’s very disgusting to stay in the room even for a minute. They didn’t leave a suitcase there, because it’s clear that living there just can't

.The bed is one, small, it doesn’t pull on a double bed. Maybe it’s normal for one person, but you can’t call a double room. but at least it didn't stink. And only the next morning, after breakfast, we were given a normal double room on the 6th floor. It seems that such a check-in is a common hotel practice, and many spend a lot of time at the reception on the first day, trying to solve problems with the room. The result is that the rest began only on the next day, after lunch. Those. Already 1.5 days of vacation have passed on the way and resettlement. Further impressions of the hotel: Pros: it is one - proximity to the sea, the hotel is on the first line, there is practically no territory, from the lobby to the seashore 200-250 meters, entry into the sea is bad - large pebbles, legs hurt, it is advisable to have slippers for swimming. There are no more pluses.

Cons: disgusting food, a lot of semi-finished products, you won’t stay hungry at all, but there’s something tasty that you can eat with pleasure, I haven’t come across such food in any hotel, although I was in hotels of different stars and was completely not a gourmet, drinks in bars diluted, cocktails are prepared without a shaker, ingredients are simply poured into a glass, ice is thrown (if any) and that's it, the cocktail is ready. And finally, Anekstur decided to finally finish off, the return flight was postponed to the early morning, we will be taken out of the hotel at 3-4 am, respectively, instead of the paid 8 days, 7 nights, the vacation was reduced by the will of Anekstur to 6 days. We tried to contact Anekstur by e-mail, using the contact form on the website, they did not respond to the letter, they answered formally that there were no evening flights, you can extend your vacation through the booking department at your own expense, you can send a claim to them after returning.

The employees of Anekstur did not bother to resolve the issue on the merits, they sent a formal reply, no changes and regrets. We received the money for the tour, and then the grass did not grow ... I did not expect such an attitude, I was completely disappointed in Anekstur, I will not use the services of this tour operator anymore, a completely indifferent attitude towards tourists and the provision of low-quality tourist products, this hotel in Aneks has 5 * , but in reality, even about 4 * you can talk with a big stretch. I strongly advise you not to go to the Maya World Hotel, it sucks and ruined your vacation.
