Our stay in Eilat

Rested with my husband in January in Israel, the resort of Eilat from the company ICS. We decided to contact this company, because they had good prices for what interests us.

We called the central office, consulted with managers. We were selected all the options by phone and offered to book on the site, through the online system. For us, this method is a way out, because we do not like to travel far, and there is no time. And so you can book everything yourself, there is no registration, they immediately send a login and password to the mail, and you can enter your application through the site. There you can correspond with the manager, pay for your tour with a card, you can print documents. We really liked it, because everything is “transparent”, you can see the amount of the tour, when paying with a card, the amount in rubles is deducted from the card to the nearest penny, there are no extra markups and commissions for withdrawing money, they immediately send an agreement.

Now this is the only way we book - it saves time and you can track and control everything yourself.

We had a 4 * Leonardo Plaza hotel, very good, on the first line, you can see the sea and the beach from the windows. The room is very spacious, clean and comfortable. Food at the hotel is simply beyond words - delicious! We took breakfast / dinner - we had enough, we didn’t spend money on lunches. We flew to Ovda with Ural Airlines, there is a check-in for the flight a day in advance, this is a huge plus.

The downside is that it was cold in January, swimming was not so pleasant, the water in the sea is very invigorating. Another minus: the managers said that the hotel has a disco, but in fact there is just a disco club there, especially there is no one in the club, so it’s boring, the music is also put on some kind of so-so, in general, we didn’t manage to dance there.

We took excursions from the ICS tour operator, it’s not very convenient that we got to Jerusalem on Friday - the Jews have Shabbat, and we couldn’t break through to the Wailing Wall, we wanted to put notes, but we couldn’t put everything. So, there is a reason to return))

In general, everything went well, we had a great rest, thanks to ICS, we have long wanted to go to Israel!

There were no cons on the trip, except for the complex and long security check at the airport. But, this is no longer a tour operator! Moreover, we were warned about it.
