We went on a bus tour of the capital of Europe with schoolchildren for spring break from tour operator Victoria Voyage. Just awful. Don't believe everything they say - it's all lies! Starting from comfortable buses and ending with competent competent guides. Gentlemen, do not mislead tourists! Where are the dry closets, where are the hot water coolers that you described so much? Not allowed to use it even in emergency cases. And your guide, Ivanchenko Irina Evgenievna, is anything but a guide! Didn't even deign to prepare for the tour. Absolute mediocrity, even the children were shocked by the nonsense that she carried, and was mostly silent, because. complete lack of information in the brain. Jokes were darkness, a long story. But the main sad puncture was that when we were brought to Disneyland, she did not even deign to give instructions on staying in the park and did not show us to the entrance.

As a result, half of the group, mostly children, went to the Disney studio instead of Disneyland and wandered around in search of Sleeping Beauty's castle, never finding it. Imagine the tragedy of the children who have been waiting and hoping to visit Disneyland. Who is responsible for such negligence? Moreover, she answered the claim that she was not a guide, but simply an escort. So let's then call a spade a spade, and when selling a tour, honestly say that the guide is not obliged to give you any information, but will only stupidly accompany you. Then we ourselves would have climbed the Internet in advance and learned about all the sights of Europe, but most likely we simply refused such services. If everyone is on their own, then why pay money? When we go as a savage to some country, we study everything in advance and know what to expect. All vacations in vain. We drive like sheep and do not know what is behind the glass of the bus.

And the main ram is silent like a partisan. We are driving around Berlin and do not know about the western or eastern part of the city - a good sightseeing tour, no words! We ask, where is the Reichstag? Answer: And there behind the trees... Would a self-respecting company send such a guide on such a tour of the CAPITAL OF EUROPE? So don't care about tourists, the main thing is to raise money. Most of our tourists were simply outraged by such services. I have been to many places, both through tour operators and by invitation and self-booking hotels abroad, but this tour is simply SHOCKED. Never contact the tour operator Victoria Voyage. Softly lay - hard to sleep. I read positive reviews about this agency here, I got the impression that these were mishandled "Cossacks". But the negative reviews feel that they are true, people just cry from the heart for wasted money. And no one wants to be responsible for anything.

They will continue to work and look for such suckers as we turned out to be.
