Our tour manager is the best!

I chose a travel agency by chance - I came across an advertisement on the Internet. I immediately contacted the specified contacts - they sent me to the closest manager to me, Lyudmila. Lyudmila contacted me by phone and asked how it would be most convenient for me to communicate. I preferred Viber and then Luda unobtrusively wrote and answered my questions.

After a personal meeting in the office, I was 112% sure that I had made the right choice. Ludmila is very nice and professional manager. I didn't even feel any pressure from her and it didn't even look like a business buy-sell meeting.

Everything is simple and affordable.

Ludmila provided me with the necessary information and after some days of reflection and choice, we chose the tour that suits us.

The rest was super and support from Lyudmila was even during the rest, according to the same Viber :)

So, no wonder that the next time we also turned to Lyudmila and got another tour, and, most importantly, high-quality, friendly service.
