The most terrible vacation in my life - with TUI!

I want to leave my feedback about the work of the TUI agency on 26 Antonovicha Street in Kyiv. First of all, it should be started with the fact that this is not TUI, but Olenov's SPD. Accordingly, the service that you pay for as a TUI will be provided to you at the SPD level.

When I came to pay the money for the ticket and sign the contract, I was handed a weak number of documents written in small poppy - font size 8 or 10. There was no point in reading all the clauses of the contract.

The manager warned that since we are flying by charter, charters do not always fly on schedule. Since I had repeatedly flown charters before, this did not surprise me, I signed the contract and went home. The manager offered the possibility of a late departure from the hotel instead of 6 am at 11:30 pm for a surcharge of $ 20, which, if the charter does not fulfill its obligations, is not returned. I thought, and decided to take a chance, the amount is small.

That's when it all started.

On my request to contact the hotel and ask them a few questions, the manager readily replied that she would write to them.

The next day, she called me back and said that the departure of my charter was moved from 05:00 in the morning to 16:15 in the afternoon. That is, instead of arriving at the hotel at 11 am, I will arrive at 11 pm! Departure rescheduled for 11 hours!!!! That is, they stole a whole day of vacation from me!!! To my indignation, the manager's arguments were "iron":

• The Agreement that I signed clearly states that the carrier reserves the right to reschedule flights for free up to 24 hours!!!

• “But you will get enough sleep”, “but they will feed you in the evening”, “you are a creative person, you will find something to do with yourself”!

To my daily questions whether the answer came from the requested hotel, the answer was the same throughout the week: “I will write to them every day. Until they answer." On the offer to pick up the phone and just dial the hotel number, because this is TUI, I was told that they do not do this !!!

The day of departure was no better. Since I paid extra for a late flight, I calmly came to myself from the beach and got ready to wash my hair and start packing. The maids began stubbornly knocking on the door, not speaking either Russian, English, German, or French, and making incomprehensible signs. When, after another such attempt (I hung a DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door!!), I went to the reception to sort things out, it turned out that offering me a late flight, the manager was “embarrassed” or “forgot” to say that you need to pay extra for the hotel separately, and the amount is 80 dollars!!!!!!!!!! That's not all. While I was going down in the elevator (fortunately I was in a hotel, and fortunately I had a phone with me !!!!), an SMS message came from this manager that my flight to Kyiv was also postponed, from 23:30 to 03:30 morning!!!!!!

It is impossible to convey my state at that moment, to say that I was in shock, in a stupor, anger!

The representative of Anex-Tour, who was at the hotel at the moment, was not at all aware of this maneuver. The girl at the reception told me that I had already “hit” 20 dollars, and if my room was not free in 15 minutes, I would “hit” all 80. The so-called fake “TUI” refused to pay this money for their unprofessionalism, and with From that moment on, I turned into the heroine of the Sex and the City series, packing all my things in 15 minutes and flying out of the room, with wet hair, without having time to wash my hair after the sea!!!

From 16:00 to 00:05, I spent the remains of my murdered person even before the start of my vacation in the hotel lobby and sitting on a sunbed on the beach, under the noise of a violent disco from a neighboring hotel.

After my return, SPD Olekhova (aka TUI travel agency) did not consider it necessary to contact me, explain, apologize on behalf of the company, and offer compensation.

It was the worst vacation of my life, despite the fact that I visited 23 countries.

I believe that the actions of SPD managers damage the reputation of the European leader of the tourist industry, TUI, have nothing in common with TUI except for a bright sign, and mislead tourists who hope, by overpaying a little, to get service at the TUI level, but turn out to be grossly deceived by dishonest and unprofessional scammers.

I strongly do not recommend contacting the TUI-SPD agency at all, let their season be the same as my vacation.
