Many thanks for this tour to Anechka Smirnova for her attentiveness and willingness to help! The tour is very beautiful, but not without an emergency. The bus broke down on the second day of the trip. More precisely, it didn’t break down at all, but could only go at a speed of 30-40 km per hour. To be honest, we were disappointed. Moving at a mouse pace across Europe was not part of anyone's plans. In connection with this, they arrived in Warsaw in the evening. Everyone understands that we will not reach the hotel on the Polish-German border. This immediately spoiled the mood. But strictly on the facts: at that time, the company "Northern Capital" was already looking for a hotel along the way and a new bus. After Warsaw, Anechka announced that they had found a hotel and we would move there, and in the same area there was a repair zone where the bus would be repaired that night. The hotel has already arrived something around 4 am, resettled and all went to sleep. The bus was repaired only in the middle of the day. We went and moved on without any problems.

However, on this day we were supposed to have Berlin, and this excursion was still there, but the time in Berlin was reduced. So half the day is wasted.

But here, both the position and the actions of the travel agency inspire respect. 1 additional day has been added to the trip. And we spent it in Vilnius, which was not in the program at all. This kind of service is truly commendable.

On this trip, the actions of the leaders of the group from somewhere in Siberia were very annoying. To be honest, I didn't even want to talk to them. Always dissatisfied with everything: yelling, shouting, threats, even to our guide. For the future, I would like to wish the "Northern Capital" to refuse a trip to such abnormal tourists.

The only negative of the trip is the quality of the bus (it should be better). And so all is well. We got a lot of positive impressions. Thanks!!!
