I can't say enough good things about the Bible Globe. I have been to many places before, mainly with the Neva, but this time there were no flights on the date I needed and I had to contact the Biblio Globus. So let's start with the office... Office on Marata 47, 2 rooms each with two employees. I looked at the hotel on their website in advance with guaranteed rooms and the indicated cost, paid for the tour in full and left home happy. The trouble began the next day, when they called me and said that the hotel does not have such rooms, but there are more expensive ones. and therefore it will be necessary to make a rebooking, and it costs 1500 rubles. And so it was 2 times as a result, I lost 3000 rubles due to the incompetence of the workers. + I had to change the departure date, which is extremely problematic.

07/31/11 departure 9-15, check-in 2.5 hours at Pulkovo 1. The day before we pick up tickets from the travel agency, everyone smiles sweetly, they say, have a happy holiday.

At the airport, the flight is delayed for 6 hours, while in the a / c Russia they say, why didn’t they warn you ??? All travel agencies knew in advance that there would be a delay. Thanks to a / c Russia that at least they fed and watered us, otherwise we had a shortage of money in rubles. And the license of the biblio-globe should be taken away. And this is not only my opinion.
