When travel agencies and tour operators began to burst like soap bubbles in the fall of 2014, I decided that my planned trip to Prague would not take place. Deciding meant how to walk the tightrope over the abyss. But there was one circumstance. My parents and other relatives have been using the services of the Big Change travel agency for several years. And besides the fact that the head of the travel agency, Irina Viktorovna Baranova, always listens very carefully to their wishes (and in some travel agencies they practically put pressure on them, forcing them to choose the best option, from their point of view), she also maintained Olympic calm in force majeure situations acted efficiently and effectively. This also applied to the situation when the grandmother died, and the parents had to cancel the tour at the last moment, and when the friends of the parents forgot the plane tickets and vouchers for transfer and settling at home.
I think now it is clear why in such a turbulent time for tourism, I still decided to take a chance and buy a tour. Of course, due to the fact that it is preferable to buy New Year's and post-New Year's tours in September, then there is more choice of hotels and flights, not everything turned out as I planned. The request from the desired hotel was refused, I had to urgently look for another option. And all this time, Irina Viktorovna was in touch: she was looking for options, writing off with the tour operator, conveying all my wishes. The vacation went great. This is not the first time I visit the Czech Republic, so I know where, what and how. I was lucky to see the spring Czech Republic, enjoy the summer, observe the autumn. Now here and winter managed to feel. I really hope that the current economic situation will still normalize and will allow me to send my parents to their beloved Turkey in the summer, but I will visit the autumn Zlata Prague again. I was invited to come back and I promised.
