I learned about the company through a special offer of the Tinkoff Internet bank. I liked the fact that you can buy a tour directly online. I also liked the prices - compared with other travel agencies. It was cheaper here. It is relevant that prices are in rubles, not dollars.
The hotel, however, chose through another site, then read the reviews on TripAdvisor. Because I trust their ratings, but I don't really trust other ratings.
Buying and paying online went smoothly. Literally half an hour later, the manager called back and after confirmation, everything began to be processed. After 2 days I already had all the documents.
Check-in for the flight, reception in Egypt and check-in at the hotel - everything went without problems.
In general, I was satisfied. It can be recommended to those who like to read reviews themselves and look for the best vacation deals. Although managers are also ready to help and arrange everything by phone.
