After specific requirements for the hotel and its location, we were sold a ticket to Turkey, to the five-star Sural Hotel on the recommendation of the travel agency staff! The hotel was very disappointing, because it does not pull five stars, in extreme cases, a weak four. If the client chooses to pay for 5 stars, they could choose better or more expensive.
The most surprising thing was the attitude towards moving to another hotel - “decide on the spot without the participation of the Pegas operator, look for another hotel yourself and pay the Sural Hotel penalty, but let us know how much you paid.”
Firstly, this is the responsibility of the tour operator or travel agency, for which it was paid, and secondly, in a Muslim country, there is a special attitude towards the female sex; Yes, and we have a descent, why engage in other people's duties! The issue was never resolved.
I don't recommend Pegasus. But if necessary, read the contract very carefully before signing it.
It was the first unsatisfactory experience. It is best to look at tours and hotel ratings on the Internet and, accordingly, buy via the Internet.
