I want to warn potential tourists - DO NOT USE the services of the Pegas Tourist company! No one is responsible for the services that Pegas undertakes to provide on the basis of the contract, and the tourist voucher is the same contract, to the customer - the tourist who purchases the tour.

Summary: the myth about the cheapness of holidays with Pegasus is nonsense! for the same money from other tour operators you will get more attention and more interesting programs. I KNOW FOR YOURSELF! Pegasus does not control the technical condition of its vehicles. It is impossible to rate the work of Pegasus guides because this work DOES NOT exist! except for pumping money from tourists for it is not clear what, they DO NOT RESPOND FOR ANYTHING, CANNOT ORGANIZE ANYTHING, HELP ANYONE AND KNOW NOTHING ABOUT THE COUNTRY OF STAY!

I remember they asked the guides of Capital how they knew so much about the country, the answer was: before sending them to work, they passed the so-called exam on knowledge of the host country. If it were not for the amazing country of Thailand, not for its inhabitants, its nature, information not previously received from other tour operators, the rest, quite possibly, would have been spoiled. Pegasus - made every effort to spoil the opinion about this country, and apparently they don’t give a damn about their own reputation! otherwise it is impossible to explain the blatant "DURDOM" organized by Pegasus under the name "rest". now the facts: 1. unjustified delay of the charter - there - for 12 hours - stole a whole day of light from the rest. were supposed to fly to Pattaya at 9 am, arrived at 9 pm.

The plane of Nord Avia, about it later, owned by Pegasus, just stood stupidly at the airport. 2. The meeting guide was talking complete nonsense about all sorts of nonsense and NOT A WORD about the really important moments of your stay in this country. I wanted to ask her to be quiet. she disappeared at the hotel! they say, explain yourself to the Thais! one joy_ Thais are always on top with their patience.

3.yes, about the plane: the old Boeing somehow flew all the same, but how they fed on it! indigestion - hello!

4. January 31 brought to the island of Koh Chang. Awesome island to stay! Hotel Chang Park - in Pegasus they said that 4-ka. The hotel, by the way, also belongs to Pegasus. settled in a bungalow. back in the 70s, I rested in pioneer camps ... it was more comfortable there! all the time I wanted to buy and give the "poor" Pegasus towels, which were not enough not only by the pool, but also to change in the rooms.

and those that were given to us were, at best, mended. bed linen, thanks to the Thais, clean, but all sewn, altered.

5. meeting the new year. I still don’t understand how Pegasus doesn’t fall through the ground from shame for having ripped off a lot of money from people at 90-100 dollars per person, they organized a holiday! people are not without ears and eyes! For some reason, in neighboring hotels for much less money and entertainment was more and more interesting, and the treats were more varied.

6. NOW THE MOST IMPORTANT MYTH WE DISSOLVE: HOTEL GUIDES IN PEGASUS EXIST ONLY FOR DIVORCE OF TOURISTS FOR MONEY! Each excursion or tour in Pegasus costs 300-500 rubles. more expensive, if not more, than street sellers of the same tours. But, street tours are much more interesting and organized! The question is, what are we paying for? representatives of Pegasus were not accompanying on any tour! the beginning was never, unlike those purchased on the street, on time.

example: at 15.45 we were supposed to be taken to ride through the jungle on elephants. at 16.00 I call the hotel Alexander, where is the transfer? Answer: I'll call you back in 2 minutes. At 16.10 I call - what about the tour ?, the answer is that the elephants do not accept - I will call you back in 2 minutes. At 16.20 - on raised tones I call again - WHAT ??? answer: today will not work, let's tomorrow at 13.00. I told him: at noon, at + 38C, through the jungle - my health will not allow me! money for the tour - MISSING through no fault of mine! -PEGAS DOES NOT RETURN!. At 16.40 they finally came to a compromise. A boat trip to 5 uninhabited islands was postponed to another day and a day was freed up for a trip on elephants. It turned out, fortunately, because on the day when we were supposed to go to the islands, the tourists boarded the boat, it drove off the coast for 5-10 km, the engine broke down, the boat returned. BOAT WITH A "PROUD" SIGN ON THE BOARD "PEGAS"! (also belongs to Pegasus).Money is not returned! ok, it's still a long way off.

And we had problems with this boat three days before on a similar tour. But no one from Pegasus bothered to fix the engine.

7. way back home via Bangkok. Bus with "PROUD" inscription on board "Pegasus" on the way 6 hours.

at each stop at a traffic light, passengers watched with bated breath to see if the driver would be able to turn on 1 speed and move off.

PEGAS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TECHNICAL CONDITION OF PEGASS VEHICLES??? and what else can be faulty on Pegasus transport? How many tourists have died and been injured in Turkey and Egypt due to transport? if you want adrenaline from scratch - go to Pegasus!

8. In Bangkok, the hotel guides did not even bother to come and help with accommodation of 2 tourists at the hotel! full of big buses! it was terrible to look at the poor Thai girl when she tried to help angry tourists tired of a long trip, half with small children. and also a lie! at 18.00 we were told by phone that, allegedly, information on tomorrow's flight is at the reception desk. Everyone rushed to look for her, but she wasn't there! call back, where? the answer will be after 22. why lie? departure the next day at 12.45. at 13.

00 call ask-where is the bus? answer: with a claim, but don't you know that the flight was delayed for 2 hours, the bus will be at 14.45. It turns out that all 27 people leaving have simultaneous deafness and memory loss! and again, the flight was delayed for 4 hours for no reason, despite the fact that the plane with the crew had been sunbathing in Bangkok for 2 days. And the plane belongs to Pegasus!!!
