From 12 to 19 October we rested in Kemer. The operator was the company Anex Tour, and we bought a ticket from the Mars-Travel company. Moreover, I am in St. Petersburg, and Mars-Travel is in Moscow. Communicated with the purchase by e-mail. by mail and by phone (paid via the Internet). The entire package of documents (air tickets, hotel vouchers and transfers) was received at the airport 2 hours before departure. Mars did not let us down, everything was clear. Well done Aneks: they picked us up at the airport, and we didn’t know any worries until the return flight - the operator’s employees had already thought and done everything for us. It is very pleasant to deal with professionals who work clearly and harmoniously. This despite the fact that the end of the season (in Kemer). A few years ago, exactly on these dates, they flew with the Neva travel agency, so the host forgot about the return transfer: they called several times to get information about the collection time and other details. So there is something to compare.
