You know, I'm used to the fact that not the most educated and erudite people work in travel agencies. Well, this is my personal experience, sorry if I offended anyone. I ALWAYS knew more about the country I was visiting than a travel agent. I am very surprised, and I will not hide that I am glad that I met an exception to the rule in the person of velikobritania.ru - these are, of course, experts in their field. It is evident that they love and know the country. It was a pleasure to be a client of this travel agency, I really enjoyed communicating with Mikhail Lakhov and Elena Stepanova. A little upset only that there were no empty seats on the tour for the next date. Yes, but it would certainly be worthless for the agency's admirable qualities if their "London of Different Ages" tour didn't live up to my expectations. Moreover, it contained a pleasant surprise - instead of a 2 * hotel, they settled me in a four-star one! Of course, few people are SO lucky, but such an agency will definitely not spoil anyone's vacation! Recomend for everybody.
