We decided to use the services of this company, because we go with them more than once. But, apparently, the crisis has done its dirty deed, and tour operators now simply do not want to work - from the word *absolutely*!
We asked a familiar girl (ATTENTION!), with whom we had previously worked, Natalya B. from the office on Gazetny Lane, to pick up a tour for us at sea in May. Communication went to get rid ... We were not looking for a tour according to our wishes, but stupidly, by reminders, they sent a tracing paper of tours from the Internet. We ourselves (!) found a country and a tour for ourselves, talking with other managers and other companies. As a result, they came to Sunrise to buy, such as * the person worked *. But in vain!
We paid for the tour in full in Morocco on 03/05/2017 for two, warned that we would be absent on holidays, so that we would throw the info on the phone.
Now it's 2 days before the trip. There is NO information! After payment, the tourists of the company are no longer interested! I am writing to Natalya in the evening, she finally answers that she is RELAXING and asked SOMEONE IN THE OFFICE to tell us something ... Kapets!
It turns out we have a plane at 8 am in 2 days. We don't know anything about this! When asked what and how, he answers that we have penalties for the full cost ...
Conclusion: fly and book tours yourself so that such tour operators will be left without work and money, because they really don’t do shit!
