In September 2012, we purchased a tourist voucher to Turkey from 09/15/2012.

Upon arrival in Turkey at the Antalya airport, we were met by a guide from Pegas Touristik, together with this guide we proceeded to the PEGAS TOURISTIK bus

On the way (on the Pegas Touristik bus) to the hotel for our vacation, the driver of this bus fell asleep at the wheel and allowed the bus to run into a ditch and crashed into a wall located a few meters from the road, but the bus did not stop and continued to move, hitting about the wall.

Tourists in the front seats tried to wake the bus driver, but this was not immediately possible. After the tourists woke the driver, the bus was stopped. It was impossible to be inside the bus at the time of the stop due to dust and acrid smoke. We, and the tourists who were in the cabin of the bus, after the bus stopped, were not immediately able to leave it due to a jammed front door, panic, poor visibility, and acrid smoke. After we got off the bus, we had to stand on the side of the road for about 30 minutes, waiting for another bus.

All this time, the Pegas Touristik bus driver and the Pegas Touristik guide did not come up and inquire about our state of health, did not apologize to us and the Tourists, but there were young children on the bus, our daughter is 4 years old and my wife is pregnant.

After the second bus arrived and took us to the hotel, me, my pregnant wife and our young child, after suffering stress, had to wait from 05.20 am to 14.00 pm to check into the hotel room. The Pegas Touristik representative, who took us to the hotel, did not even consider it necessary to try to talk with the hotel representative about our speedy check-in to the hotel room due to the shock we suffered due to an accident due to the fault of the Pegas Touristik driver and the Pegasus representative Tourist".

The representative of Pegas Touristik, who came to the hotel (Marat) in the afternoon, was not even informed that we had an accident and suffered stress due to the fault of the Pegas Touristik driver and guide.

To our question about the provision of documents confirming this accident for further attachment to the claim, the representative of Pegas Touristik Marat said that he did not know anything and would not provide any documents.

Due to the stress suffered, during the above-mentioned accident due to the fault of the driver and the representative of Pegas Touristik. Our family vacation was absolutely ruined, we thought with a shudder every day about how we would go back to the airport at the end of the tour (whether the driver would fall asleep, what seats to take to minimize injury in case of an accident). After arriving home, we filed a claim with Pegas Perm, we received an answer to it in a month and a half, instead of the legal 10 days. At the moment, we have filed a lawsuit in court. Since we believe that tourists are also people and they should be treated like human beings, and not left in trouble.
