We have been traveling with the Orienta company to Finland for several years. Everyone was satisfied until yesterday (August 10, 2013). To our misfortune, we got a guide Andrey Kuzmin. To begin with, two tourists on the bus were without insurance (although they warned about this by phone). As a result, the guide stopped the bus on the track near the insurance stall, where we got stuck for at least 30 minutes. As a result, in line at the border, our bus was the last of those going on day trips. Behind us were only those who enter Finland "for 2 hours". They stood at the border for at least 4 hours. Upon arrival, the guide constantly changed the schedule of the meeting: either he decided to go to the shops, or not to go, he could not accurately name the time that we have. Finally, he named the time of departure from Imatra at 17:45. A group of eight people waited for the bus for 40 minutes after the time indicated by the guide.
To a call from tourists 20 minutes after the appointed time, the guide said: "Yes, we'll come, we'll come." After arrival (after 40 minutes) there was no explanation or apology for the rather big delay in the route. Contrary to all the fears of the guide, we did not get to the shift change at the Russian border, but not because we arrived before it, but because we were late for it too. Upon returning to the city, we barely made it to the metro. Finally, during the entire return trip, the driver did not turn on any ventilation in the bus (although it worked on the way there). All the tourists were so exhausted that no one had the strength to object and argue. We consider the minuses of the trip entirely the merit of the guide. We hope that the management of the company will pay attention to the unprofessional and impolite behavior of an unskilled employee who defames the face of the company in front of regular and loyal customers.
