I find a tour that suits me on the website of this company (departure in a day), make an application and clarify whether the prices shown on the website are valid, the next morning I receive an answer that the prices are valid, maybe even cheaper, I ask you to make an advance payment so that you don’t go in vain, and to be sure that everything will not magically change (and I’m going from the Moscow region for 2 hours), someone Elena Mezhenina assures me that everything will be fine, and upon arrival the price suddenly increases by 150 USD, and so on .I don’t feel any special willingness to buy, immediately loses interest in me.
It's a shame for the time spent, the disgusting provision of services to the consumer, I will no longer turn to intermediaries, only myself !!!
