Gathered with my husband to fly to Egypt, for 3 days (unfortunately, work does not allow for more time). I found a burning tour on the orange website myself, called up the manager, who, for the time being, was blowing my brain on the phone saying and asking "convince me that you want to go" (literally. I was even taken aback!) missed our tour .. (at the time when she registered there were no more places) With the condition that we transferred the money!!!!!! on her personal card, as it turned out later, the manager offered another tour, but since she was apparently afraid that the money did not come (transferred in cash, in this case the transfer goes on for a day) again delayed the time and made a late reservation!

I sent the payment to her by fax to calm down the person .. In general, they were completely ready for the trip, after 40 minutes they were going to leave for St. Petersburg! But the manager called and said that the refusal had come! Without even explaining the reasons.. Well, I I arrived and just fell out of the sediment from the fact that this person still dared to "run into" me, supposedly it was my own fault, she did me a favor, but you see, I'm still not happy.
