Rest in Eilat. Israel. We really regretted that we didn’t book the hotel directly, because upon arrival, those vouchers that we were given were Filka’s Diploma and in reality there was no reservation! We booked Yam Sum Isrotel and they tried to check us into Americana, the hotel was an order of magnitude worse trying to convince that these were hotels of the same level. There was also a refusal to provide dinner although they were in the contract. We calculated that we lost about 60 tr. total.
None of the representatives of the company came to us and simply said call Moscow. In the hotel, this operator was never heard at all.
In general, do not believe this office, do not get burned like us)
