I bought a tour to Bulgaria, the problems started long before departure. At the beginning, they didn’t apply for a visa in advance and lost our questionnaires, as a result, they applied for a visa at the end of the flight. Documents received only at the airport 3 hours before departure, i.е. Until recently, they did not know if the trip would take place. Moreover, an employee of the company constantly promised to give documents and until the last he did not admit that they would not be. Well, to top it all, the hotel did not match the paid, although the employee assured that everything would match. In general, a terrible company that does not work clearly, as well as constantly winding customers, reports inaccurate information. The contract was drawn up incorrectly and does not comply with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation. Never favor eating their services.
