I would like to share my impression about Israel, as well as about the Israellux service.
For a long time, my husband and I were going to go to Israel, visit the Holy places, go to the Dead Sea, in general, have a good rest. The husband instructed to call several companies. And oddly enough, only in Israellux they were able to adequately answer all my questions, tell me the pros and cons of hotels. I decided to drive up to their office (metro Petrogradskaya) with my husband. Our manager Natasha, a very nice girl, advised us to do a combined tour - a few days on the Mediterranean Sea in Netanya (Residence Hotel is a cozy small 3 * hotel located near the center) with a visit to Jerusalem, Tel Aviv (free!!!), Haifa ( excursions) and a week at the Dead Sea (Gardens Hotel). Initially, we wanted 4-5 * on the Mediterranean, but we were dissuaded, explaining that we would not be in the hotel for so much time - most of the time on excursions.
Excursions are worth saying very much. Buses are small, unlike others. I especially liked the guide Misha in Jerusalem. Such a talented young man!! Very well told - not boring, but rather exciting. The Dead Sea is something unimaginable. If you don't go there, you won't understand how great it is. In general, rested just class!
And now a few words about the company. A huge plus of Isralux is that everything is organized at the highest level - they are met here, there the company (!) Accepts them. Each region has its own representatives who are ready to help (I say this with complete confidence - I myself called the duty manager Svetlana Shapiro at night (!), Which helped me a lot then, and also Slava from Netanya helped me and my husband on the first day of our stay in the country your advice). I want to separately cancel Natasha from the St. Petersburg office. If you succeed - only to her!!! She's just great! He can always help in everything.
I will definitely go with them again, but already to Eilat on the Red Sea!
