We always buy vouchers at the Bank of Tours. They used to do it in the office. This time I wanted to right away when we found the tour - on Sunday, we bought it on the site. Since the tour was chosen with a departure from Novosibirsk, the girls from Novosibirsk called back very quickly, informed me in detail, and gave the go-ahead for payment. I really liked the scheme of work - I didn’t even have to go to the office. All documents were sent in a timely manner by e-mail, even ahead of schedule. Despite the fact that the departure time was updated in the e-tickets, an employee of the Last-minute Tours Bank still called and warned that the departure time had been changed. Great job!
