I went to Bulgaria with my parents, bought a tour on the site. After reading the reviews, it was a little scary, but the price was very attractive, I didn’t want to overpay.
The manager Ira helped to arrange everything quickly, sent documents for obtaining a visa, and before the trip she regularly asked if everything was in order with us, if there were any problems with obtaining visas.
Everything was great during the holiday.
The only negative, which I would not like to keep silent about, is that they sent us flight data and my insurance (I had a visa, so I did not request visa support documents in advance) literally a day before departure, when we were already in train. Then we ran around Moscow for several hours, trying to print these documents.
