Great tour with good organization

Background: once my goddaughter (13 years old) asks me: is Kostroma located in Russia? I thought it was Poland! Her mother and I choked on tea together.

And in January, I went to Kostroma with my goddaughter - the tour "Kostroma is full of miracles." The decision to turn to this particular tour operator "Rus" was spontaneous, but the more pleasant it was as a result.

Firstly, the tour is very well organized. No downtime or delays. Everything happens as planned and on time. The bus was excellent - comfortable, well heated, clean. We were leaving in the morning from VDNKh, there was, perhaps, the only delay - the young family was a little late, and the guide decided to wait.

Secondly, the program of the tour is very intense. By the third day, I was just overwhelmed with impressions. Our guide was excellent. It is not easy to work with a large group of people (and we were more than 40 people), where there were middle-aged people, preschool children, and newlyweds.

But our guide did a great job. And never broke, always correct and polite. And her erudition simply amazed me, to keep so many facts in my head! He tells a lot and is very interesting, the language is understandable, without special terms. Her sightseeing tour of Kostroma is one of the best I've heard.

Last but not least, a great hotel. We were settled in the "Ya-hotel", this is probably the best hotel in Kostroma. The hotel is located near the city center. The hotel itself is new, with beautiful rooms - spacious, but at the same time cozy, with good furniture, kitchen. Dinner was excellent - everything was tasty and satisfying. And the buffet in the morning was good. I didn't even expect this level of service.

The trip was definitely a success, and I will recommend the tour operator "Rus" to all my friends.
