We bought a tour to the Dominican Republic in 2 months, cheaper than all tour operators.
The documents were not sent by email. We were met at the airport - everything was fine.
Excursions were not taken. in the Dominican Republic there is a good friend who conducts all the excursions himself (much more interesting and cheaper).
