Hello! I have long wanted to write a review about the travel agency, but all hands did not reach - two one-year-old children. My family has been coming to the Trip to Life for many years. We like everything very much, everything is very convenient! Tatyana and her staff always select options for us very quickly and efficiently, whether it be ready-made tours or even some individual solutions! At the end of October, on the advice of Tatyana, the whole family went to Turkey, the Alva Donna Exclusive 5 * hotel. I was very worried, although I am an experienced traveler, but many mothers will understand me - two one-year-old children. I needed a hotel with high-quality children's food, and with clean children's pools, and with a good number of rooms, and with a large clean territory, and much more))) Made a request to the hotel, clarified about a blender and canned food for children, booked tickets of the airline that flies 'softly', ordered an individual transfer. And what's even better is a small discount.
Vacation was a success! Thank you! And all this was picked up very quickly!
In general, I call at the last moment: Girls, here, we manage to go on such and such dates, we need this and that. And they always select everything quickly, and most importantly, this agency knows how to hear what you need and pick it up! I am not a fan of looking at a bunch of hotels, there is no time, so they select two or three options based on my criteria, and I choose from them ..
