The driver behaved nervously and restlessly (and that's putting it mildly).
The driver constantly raised his voice to a small child traveling with his mother. Moreover, the boy behaved very calmly and did not interfere with anyone. The driver insulted them and was rude. If such ill-mannered drivers already work in the company, then the management should be given advice - to ask such a driver to be silent during his work, or it would be better if he turned on the music.
Terrible. I will no longer go with the company Rampa - Tour to Finland and I will not advise my friends and acquaintances either.
