But there was no employee on the spot, she was resting for this hour, but there was a good director and he decided everything over the phone. We had a flight delay of 7 hours, and we wanted to cancel the tour, because my husband is so old that he does not fly at night. It's not that at 7 o'clock, it was promised at 9 am, we received tickets for 2 o'clock in the afternoon, and flew until 10 o'clock in the evening. So we even wanted to refuse, asked to postpone the tour, because night flights do not suit us, but we were promised to return $ 20 for two, the director promised, but still not returned, although I have already written a statement there. I have booked another tour because of them and I hope they will refund me. I hope that the words of the director are the words of the director.
We did not use excursions from the guide, because it was generally inadequate, but we took excursions from locals. The hotel guide just started to intimidate that we will have problems if we do not take him on tours. This was a representative of the problem operator TPG. And nothing, the hotel is very happy.
