In general, everything was good and fast, there is something to strive for, but even so, a fairly high level of service. We had a flight delay on our way back. We were evicted from the hotel at 12 o'clock, and only at 5 o'clock we were informed that the flight would be postponed by 4 o'clock, although the departure was supposed to be at 8. We waited both at the hotel and at the airport until half past four and only in the morning were in Ukraine. The company just apologized and that's it. I wanted to file a complaint, but this required a ticket booking number, but the agency did not give me this, and that was it.
