There are no complaints about the agency, they were very sorry that we changed the hotel, but we didn’t have to pay anything extra, so we weren’t very upset, we liked the hotel in which we were settled. The tour operator through which we flew was JIN UP, since the plane broke down, we could not fly out on time, but then, we extended our vacation for a day, however, in another hotel, but everything was fine there too.
