I will no longer contact this travel agency ((((08/14/2018 we purchased and paid for the Biblio-Globus employee Asret at the Grand Ring Hotel (Turkey) excursion on 08/17/2018 on the Harem Maldiv Deluxe yacht for 4 adults at 60 dollars per person per total amount of 240 US dollars.

On the day of the tour, we were informed that the time shifted an hour later. Upon arrival at the yacht on 08/17/2018, it turned out that the yacht and the quality of services did not meet those declared by your representative, namely:

- there were no pools and jacuzzis on the yacht;

- the time of the excursion was reduced due to the delay;

- there was no buffet (there were normalized portions);

- from alcohol there was only beer of local production (Turkey), instead of the declared imported drinks;

- the yacht is far from new and not modern;

There were no doors in the toilet.

We have expressed claims to the travel agency staff and the captain of the yacht on board the yacht.

The captain of the yacht listened to our claims, and suggested the following, that if we now get off the yacht, he will return the payment receipt, and the representatives of the tour operator will return the money to us, since the service was not provided in full. He said that representatives of travel agencies deliberately embellish the tour in order to sell more tickets in this way. If we stay on the yacht, then accordingly the check is no longer returned, and it will be considered that we have received the service. We have decided to leave the yacht. The captain of the yacht returned the check to us, called a motorboat, which took us to the pier, and ordered us to call a taxi. Representatives refused to return the money.
