Return of the tour in a pandemic. Experience.

My brother bought a package tour from Mouzenidis travel on 08/18/2019.

Travel date from 07/25/2020. That is super early booking. The price of the tour is about 2500 E. Ellinair airline.

Due to the pandemic, he decided to cancel the tour. Three small children is no joke. 20.03. 2020 called Mouzenidis travel and asked how to do it. He was told that everything is possible, but they must calculate the costs incurred. Today I received a letter from them -

If, 14 days before your departure, the situation in the country is unstable and there is a threat to your health and safety, it will be possible to cancel the tour at no cost actually incurred.

Apparently the Greeks will do everything possible to open the borders and save their tourism industry. So, loss of money is inevitable.

The issuance of visas is suspended until mid-May.
