Agency CORAL TRAVEL on blvd. I really didn't like the friendship of peoples in the Navigator shopping center. They are not professionals, they have some kind of attitude. . . Firstly, I could only call them during working hours, they said that after 20:00 they simply do not pick up the phone. Secondly, they did not draw up an addendum to the contract correctly for me, they indicated there at all the wrong hotel to which I wanted to go. I found this mistake already at home, I didn’t look at the contract during registration. I raised a panic, as I bought the tour in advance, a month in advance. They made changes, which is good. . But the downside is also the fact that I could not contact them. When we were supposed to fly back, I could not register my tickets, I was told that there was no second person. . . I tried to contact them, but they somehow ignored me. Then everything turned out, but this hassle on vacation was not very pleasant for me. Yes, they corrected my mistake in the contract in time, but I flew only for 4 days and got nervous, I didn’t like it. I will definitely not contact them again, I can rate this agency at 2 out of 10, this is the maximum. We flew with KOMPAS, there were no delays on the way back, they delivered us without problems. There was a flight delay on the way back. I didn’t like the organization of the transfer from the airport to the hotel either, when we arrived there, we were first told that there was one bus waiting, when we approached it, they said that they didn’t serve KOMPAS, we had to run and look for where our bus was, we lost time and nerves. . .
