It was the most budget option of those hotels that we liked. The hotel is very far from the beach, if at least there was some kind of pedestrian zone, but there is a roadway, and you walk along serpentines, it was quite difficult, especially for me, because I was in a position, in this regard - bad . Directly at the hotel, poor service, something constantly did not work in the room. When you check in, the air conditioning did not work, and if you open the window, mosquitoes fly, so the room was hot and stuffy. Then we complained and they changed our room. The food is very good, we liked it. Also, from the pluses, I can note several people among the employees, this is the person at the reception, and the one who delivered on the shuttle. I really liked the sea, we would return there again, but not to this hotel. There is no infrastructure there, just 2 buildings, between which there is a pool and that's it. The hotel had a guide, a Russian guide, we did not like it, because it was very intrusive, when we raised the issue of moving to another hotel, for some moderate fee, the guide told us that this was impossible. If a person does not try to help in any way in resolving the issue, what can one say ...

The agency provided us with very good service. The only thing is, when we arrived in Crete, we didn’t know who to approach, the agency didn’t tell us that we were met not by CORAL TRAVEL, but by MOUZENIDIS TRAVEL.

We were confused, didn't know where to go. As a result, we somehow found ourselves, but the fact that we were not told that there would be another tour operator is a minus, such a not very pleasant organizational moment.
