Review of the travel agency CORAL TRAVEL Silver Breeze (WITHOUT DAYS OFF)

I did not like the CORAL TRAVEL Silver Breeze agency (WITHOUT DAYS OFF). After I bought a tour and flew to Turkey, on the first day we were settled in a lower-class hotel, a terrible hotel, they offered us a basement room, we had to pay extra money from our own pocket so as not to live there. On the day when all this happened, I first started writing in viber to the CORAL TRAVEL agents from whom I bought the tour, they told me that they would solve my problem by writing a letter to TPG, and it’s not clear when the problem will be solved, because i.e. they could call the hotline, I myself found this phone number and dropped it to them, but there was no action from the agency, they repeated once again that they could write a letter and wait for a written answer. After returning, I came to them with a complaint, to which they said that if I want to receive compensation, I must write a claim to the TPG, I sat by myself and dictated to them, the specialists, how they should file a complaint. I have such experience that I can go to work in a travel agency and sell tours, because I think I know more than they do. I will give them 2 points out of 10, for not sending, but writing what they are dictated to and answer what came in response. They are not professionals, that's for sure.
