I did not like this agency very much, I will most likely change. They can't find me the hotel I need. I myself search on all sites, and then I call them back and find out about availability and agree on a tour for a certain date. There were many options, and they dissuaded me from many, since the hotels were from other companies. With the rest, everything was great: the plane, the flight, and the transfer. I liked everything.
