I didn’t like that the tour we wanted to buy was out of date, we had to buy another one, which, of course, was more expensive. Initially, we found a tour, contacted the agency, they said that we were buying it, after which we were told that there were no more places, and they offered another, more expensive option. First, they said one figure of the surcharge, then another, after which I said that we were then ready to abandon the tour, they returned the amount of the first surcharge. I didn't like it. Our operator was JOIN UP, SKY UP airline, we took off at 18:30, although we were supposed to take off at about 10 in the morning.
