The first thing I had to deal with was the delay in vouchers and plane tickets, it was written in the contract 24 hours in advance, but they were sent 9 hours before departure, and in my case 5 hours before departure to the airport. The result was almost a day in limbo, no exchange of currency, almost a sleepless night before departure. The second problem arose during the settlement, in fact, they settled everyone according to the principle of Fortune, i.e. in those hotels where there was a place, I got a hotel worse than paid, but overall good. Another point is the location of the hotels, near the Zh.reka, all hotels are usually located far from the center, i.e. there is a problem with lunches and dinners, you have to go somewhere or order more expensive hotels.

The third problem is transfer. Zh.reka before departure collects all tourists around Sanya and takes them to Haikou, closer to the airport, the road between these cities takes 3-4 hours, but the transfer of the River collects tourists from all over the district and travels from 6 to 8 hours or more, we drove 9. On the way to Haikou, the guide lied to us for 4 hours, that we were almost there, did not inform us about the change of hotels, said that the hotel was 15 minutes from the center, but in fact it was a suburb of Haikou, the road to the center cost 1000 rubles, The only way to get there was by taxi. Further, the hotel guide met us, already with a backpack on his back and in a jacket, after checking in, he simply left, did not appear at the morning meeting, did not organize the promised excursions, could not even say the name of the hotel, did not answer calls, did not respond to WhatsApp. On the day of departure there was a delay in the transfer, it was served on time, I had to run to the landing, no dutifri and the opportunity to change clothes. The Taransphere came packed full of people, there was nowhere even to put bags, they took them to the cabin with them, they rode standing up, although earlier the same guide said that they were taken individually from each hotel. In the transfer we were met, attention!

Three young Caucasians who did not speak Russian well, dressed out of uniform, to a request to introduce themselves sharply refused to our indignations, they answered brazenly and rudely, were rude even to the elderly, they responded to an attempt to record what was happening on video with aggression, all this completely spoiled the impression of the rest and so exhausted tourists...
