With early booking, as early as August 18, 2013, a tour to Vietnam is offered for 14 days and 13 nights. Departure December 1st. Departure time is not specified. Return December 14th. Departure time is also not specified. Charter.
On the eve of departure, it turns out that the planned departure from St. Petersburg is at 19.45. (Ie the 1st day you fly 4 hours, if you're lucky. Great vacation!), on the last, 14th day, departure from Vietnam at 11.30. Departure from the hotel at 7.30. Minus another day. TOTAL out of 14 days 2 FULLY fly out. But legally it is not punishable. It is planned that for 2 days the swindlers “challenge” themselves from you. Moreover, those who fly to Vietnam and those who return to St. Petersburg pay for these two days. Super! Double bait!
BUT! REALLY the flight took place on 02.12.2013 at 00.34. (Official information of Pulkovo Airport). Now, IN FACT, the start of the tour is not on December 1, but on December 2, and the end remains the same on the morning of December 14 in the MORNING. However, you continue to count the duration of the tour 14 (!
) days. AND THE MONEY IS TAKEN FROM YOU AS FOR 14 DAYS. And besides, YOUR HOLIDAY IS AUTOMATICALLY GETTING SHORT AND SHORT. Departure almost 5 hours late leads to the fact that you get to the hotel only by 5 pm on December 2. Minus another day. Instead of 2 weeks in the sea and the sun, you barely get 11.
Would we buy such a tour? Of course not! But scammers are scammers because you receive information only on the eve of departure, when nothing can be changed.
And even the fact that the contract says 13 nights in a hotel does not bother anyone from Pegasus. They keep telling you something about the total duration of the tour (which, as we calculated, is no longer 14, but 13 days).
At the same time, Pegasus settled well. He sells his tours through agencies. And the rude representatives of Pegasus answer all claims: "Go to where you bought the tour." (Good advice in Vietnam.) But the hotel booking for 13 nights happened in front of us, and it was the Pegasus crooks who booked the hotel.
And until they confirmed the reservation, there was no talk of buying a tour.
I wonder if rogue operators from the tourism sector will ever disappear from us? Question to the government. By the way, it will be necessary to ask on the website of the government.
