People! DON'T RIDE WITH PEGASUS!!!!!! Once again I was convinced that free (cheap) cheese is only in a mousetrap. This is a company of crooks, thieves and boors!!! You pay less than other tour operators, but at the same time rest days are stolen from you, flights are postponed, guides shamelessly lie to you. Having paid for 12 nights and, in theory, 13 days, we rested 11! They brought us to the hotel at almost 12 at night, having previously visited several shops, although we asked the whole bus to take us to the hotel as soon as possible. everyone is very tired. For the fact that we refused to pay extra $ 30 for a room with a sea view, we were given a room without a balcony at all, although there were only 12 of them in the hotel and the hotel was empty. But how the hotel guide set us up is another story. From everyone who traveled to Israel, Pegasus rips off 75 pounds. We went to the aquarium in Eilat. Upon our return, we, as decent people, complied with the guide's request and made copies of passports with an Israeli visa for him.
They asked him if it was necessary to pay these 75 pounds for a child entered in the passport. He called someone and told us no. We exchanged the necessary amount of dollars for 150 pounds for two, and spent the rest of the money. And when leaving the hotel, the transfer guide began to demand from us another 75 pounds per child. He did not listen to my explanations that he did not listen to the information that it was not necessary to pay for the child, grinning, stating that the guide could not tell us such a thing. The trick is that we have no money left! In shock, I rushed to call their chief guide, but this creature did not care about my explanations. I was lucky that I had the money that my friend gave me so that I could buy perfume for her. I had to spend other people's money. What if they didn't exist?

The family we met at the hotel had their flight from Moscow to Sharm rescheduled WITHOUT WARNING from 4 am to 4 pm, and they were supposed to have a return flight at 3 pm. So they were taken out of the hotel at 1 am, because. Flight rescheduled for 7am! Two days just stole! I made a conclusion for myself - with Pegasus for nothing and never, even for free !!!
