Rude attitude towards customers

I want to talk about how the Atlas travel agency reacted to the fact that we could not go on a paid tour due to the fact that my daughter and I were in the hospital on the eve of departure (the ticket was bought for three). They refuse to return the money, the manager Yana is boorish, refuses to meet with the management (although it is understandable if the staff is selected the way the boss can be). The tour was paid 100%, we contacted the hotel directly, they charge 250 euros for the first night if you do not check in. They traveled from Atlas more than once, they showed themselves under force majeure circumstances, to put it mildly, brazenly. I would not recommend this tour company to anyone I know. It may be objected to me, but the face appears precisely when unforeseen circumstances occur. We sue, but they don't care much
