Rudeness and no support

We were robbed at the hotel, breaking into the room in the middle of the night. Six other numbers, same story. Turns out it happens every two weeks. The hotel tried to hush everything up, the representative of Pegasus behaved disgustingly, scoffed, shouted at us, then said: "Don't be nervous! Go to the beach, have a rest! You haven't been killed? They'll kill you, then you'll complain." They refused to move us, refused to refund anything if we moved out, and at the same time there is no security in the hotel: doors open all night, no security, no one at the reception. We took a statement from the police and will sue the travel agency. Disgusting service.

All this, not to mention the fact that the hotel is simply terrible, the food is vomit, the service is rudeness, rats are walking around the territory, and Pegasus advertised it to us as chic.
