Ruined the day, the trip did not take place

08/09/2014 with my mother went on a tour with Constant St. Petersburg - Lappeenranta for a full day.

We chose Constant, as I have repeatedly traveled with this company and was incredibly pleased with everything - guides, drivers, buses. You understand that when traveling with mommy, you want everything to be as comfortable as possible.

But... Today's trip was an unpleasant exception.

The bus, decent at first glance, turned out to be terrible. After the guide Olga kindly reminded all passengers of the need to fasten their seat belts while the bus was moving, it turned out that it was impossible to fasten our seat belts anywhere. Then we turned our attention to the current air conditioner.

And at the Finnish border, the checking officers recognized our bus as unsuitable for travel to the territory of Finland due to technical parameters.

I had to return home with canceled entry stamps to the territory of Finland on the bus, which madly swayed during the trip.

Of course, they returned the money for the trip and offered a discount for the next one, but you know, the desire was completely gone.

So today was a day of disappointment for me, I will have to continue to travel with other companies so as not to be tormented by the thought that they might not let me through the border.

We kindly request the company's management to be more attentive to the hired transport, so as not to lose all its grateful customers over time.
