I agree completely - crooks, hacks. We with this would-be company went to Helsinki and back for the New Year holidays. The guys obviously do not know what a service is: they treat customers only as a way to earn money. When you buy tickets on the site, you choose seats according to the minibus scheme (designed for 20 people), and in the end you go on a large tourist Volvo.
In addition, the departure time from St. Petersburg was moved 1 hour earlier - they did not ask if it was convenient for us or not. Just reported this change. But I wonder if my phone was out of reach (which could well be, because we were on the way - we were going to St. Petersburg from Moscow), how would they provide us with a paid service? I'm afraid not.
On the way back - from Helsinki to St. Petersburg - the guide Anna (completely incompetent! Well, just miracles of unprofessionalism!) drove us off the seats when landing, saying that they were booked for a group from the airport and we should look for other seats on the bus.
I must say that by that time there were only single places left (and there were two of us, and we wanted to sit together). When asked why people from the airport would not be able to sit separately, why it was we who had to sit down, the guide Anna could not clearly answer - she simply insisted that we make room. I still didn’t understand why booking a group from the airport turned out to be a priority for me - despite the fact that I booked and bought tickets back in mid-November (and with seats! And they were indicated on the itinerary receipt - albeit in a minibus)!
So let's go. Night. Most of the way the driver talks loudly about how the Russian mentality differs from the European one, not in favor of the first, of course. He says nasty things about the Russians, and the guide Anna bursts into the whole salon with ringing laughter. At the same time, the radio plays - we did not fall asleep during the night. :(
But! The worst thing is that the driver was in a hurry.
He urged people who got out for needs at rare stops. From the very beginning of the trip, he told all the passengers: "You will arrive and sleep off, and I will go back to the flight, so let's do everything faster, don't delay us." He constantly muttered to get back to the salon faster, hurried - like schoolchildren late from recess to class. I was very surprised by such a position in relation to customers: the main thing is to buy a ticket from us, and then keep quiet, be patient and make sure that we feel good, for your own money. :)
Duty free we drove past - the driver was in a hurry! We were not even asked if we needed to go there or not, but we actually expected that we would go there. Very disappointed!
While driving, it was very hot in the cabin. Highly! The Finnish sauna nervously smokes on the sidelines. Clothes, hair - everything was wet, even wring out. Sometimes the air conditioners turned on at high power.
At that time, fresh air was perceived as a saving coolness, but by the end of the trip, this contrast of hot and cold air made itself felt: my nose was blocked, and as a result I caught a cold. It's very disappointing to spend the rest of the holidays with a temperature ...
So, finally we have arrived. We were in such a hurry, without stopping anywhere and once again without going out to pee, that we arrived at 5-15 in the morning (!!!) in St. Petersburg. We rushed in 7 hours, taking into account the border. Excited, steamed up in the bus, we waited half an hour for the opening of the metro station on the street. This, of course, not weakly added to my illness.
Something like this. I can't say enough good things about this office. I hope my review will help someone make the right choice of carrier - fortunately, it is.
