1. I have used Tez Tour for many years. Now there is no foot!
The first is deception with the star rating of the hotel in the catalog and on the website. Instead of 3 * settled in Turkey in the Club Ares 3 * hotel, which does not even have any star rating !! Garbage hotel. Moreover, when I bought the tour, I said that I don’t need luxury and bells and whistles, the main thing is simple and clean! When I arrived at the hotel, I was horrified.
2. When I came for a ticket, in principle for me was the airport of departure - Domodedovo. Clarified! will there be any jambs with the airport !!!!! Because Last year, the Pegasus tourist changed the airport of departure to us and did not even deign to warn us! Miraculously found out! I know that the charter can be postponed, I'm ready for this. I was assured that “they don’t do such things ... because this is a violation” ... BUT it wasn’t there. 2 days before departure, I receive a notification by mail. You have a flight transfer! Different airport. different AIRLINE COMPANY (oddly owned by Taz Tour!!!...). different time!
Gentlemen, charter by charter, but that's a completely different story! Called and cursed. They said that under the contract they were obliged to take them out of Moscow! You are not being taken from another city, like, do not appear! And the fact that the manager promised you that the airport will not be changed is something you invent! Ask him, only he left. And then even harder! On vacation, they leave me a note at the reception! You fly home more than a day later ... and again you personally changed the airline (again to the same TezTurovskaya ... and the airport and the day and time ....... flew home More than 24 hours later! I was indignant, and the guide-representative said that he should be glad that Tez Tour would pay for more than a day at the hotel.Of course, in such a garbage dump, paying for the day is not a problem.I think that 5-star stars were taken away the same day!But it’s not clear who will pay for the missed working day (they were supposed to arrive on Sunday, early in the morning (and arrived on Monday almost in the evening)....
taxi from Vnukovo (and back and forth) - I initially stipulated strictly Domodedovo (I can even walk from it) .. and I was told "we don't do things like Pegasus .. changing the airport is a violation." This is a deliberate lie!!! to lure people on a flight from Domodedovo and place it on your charter by deceit, this simply has no name!
So "thank you" to the mountain Tez Tour that they did not even fly from Saratov ....!
