We bought a tour from Anex in GOA, from 03/20/16 to 04/09/16 Lua Nova hotel, hotel guide Dmitry tl. 919168606337, when he found out that we were in GOA for the second time and would not go on excursions, he lost interest in us, but this is normal. But when, upon departure, we stood with our things for 2.5 hours on the road at night, and after lengthy negotiations and swearing, we left by taxi, barely having time for the flight, we did not expect such a boorish attitude from Anex tour. It turned out that in GOA it is not uncommon to leave tourists. I wrote a complaint, waiting for a response. Hope they read the reviews and take action.
