STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!

I bought a tour of Phuket from this company in March 2016. I had to leave there when one of the employees was talking on the phone with a raised tone with a client who was apparently very dissatisfied with something. But, unfortunately, she stayed ... now she herself was arguing with the manager in the same way ... Manager Svetlana (I don’t know her last name: their letters come from the mailbox [email protected]) booked me a package tour to Phuket with an Aeroflot flight, NOT Having bothered to ask WHAT TARIFF SHE BOUGHT US FROM AEROFLOT ... but it turned out to be an "economy budget", this is when there is not even an opportunity to check in online for a flight !!!!!!! .... moreover, I warned how important this is to me: aerophobia. But she took $ 80 surcharge for Aeroflot per person! for what?! To my quite fair dissatisfaction, Mrs. Svetlana told me "happy holiday, keep in mind that all our phones are tapped ....!"

It's probably great not to gain regular customers, but to tear off your% one-time and don't care ..

Dear travelers: avoid this place, do not repeat the mistakes of others ... there are many more tour companies in the same business center.
