A huge "thank you" to Ekaterina Snegurova from the office at the VOYAGE shopping center for a disrupted vacation.

I came to the office on July 8 with a clear understanding of what I want: departure July 11-13, sandy beach, cost ~ 50 thousand.

The first round offered by Ekaterina cost 60+ thousand. Then there were several hotels, then again within the range of much more than the desired cost, then with a pebble beach. Why then ask the client about his wishes?

And finally, a wonderful hotel was offered, which I immediately liked, and decided to purchase this tour. Ekaterina looked at something in her bases, reported the time of departure and arrival, travel time to the hotel, other features of the tour, then printed out the contract, and without letting it sign, she said that you must first make an advance payment and only then she will book a hotel room .

I agreed to pay the entire cost at once (with a bank card, a little more than 50 thousand), after that I just signed the contract and received checks for a tour that had not yet been booked, waiting for registration and receiving other documents. Something went wrong, and after a call to the tour operator, it turned out that there were no more places in the hotel. Wonderful, isn't it? After a short search through the bases, another hotel was selected, which I also immediately liked, and we stopped at it. Ekaterina started to drive in the passport data for the reservation, but the error "there are no empty seats on the selected date" again flew out, after a call to the tour operator this was confirmed. In total, I sat in the office for about 3 hours wasted.

The next search for an alternative was unsuccessful and Ekaterina offered to call me in the morning, you never know which of the first proposed tours will reduce the price, or cancel the payment, promising that the money will come to the card right away.

there was no closing of the day yet (the second employee of the office confirmed this). I chose the second. Having received a check for a refund, Ekaterina promised to call in the morning and tell about changes in the cost of tours.

Two days have passed. There was no call from Ekaterina, as well as the promised return to a bank card. Calling the bank, they explained to me that I will receive the money only in a month. And this means that I flew by on vacation, because. there is no such amount on hand now.

I would like to advise the management of the agency to check the qualifications of employees or to train them additionally.
