San Tour - scam and deceit! (www.suntour.ru)

My name is Kristina ([email protected]). I work as a tourism manager for Look Asia Holidays (www.look-asia.com), a host company for destinations in Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia. In March 2018, the director of the company, Yulia, booked a tour with us for 13,102 dollars. But pulled with payment. And only when we threatened that we would evict the tourist, she made payment. But that's just not the whole amount. She never paid $3,000, but sent a fake payment. We discovered this too late, otherwise the tourist would have been evicted from the hotel, or she would have paid again. We entered into her position and offered to pay partially (100-200 dollars per month), but without result. Please be careful. There are reliable and time-tested tour operators in Russia, but this is definitely not San Tour.
